Apartment Casa Amarone

The garden leads you to the entrance of the apartment  where you enter directly into the living kitchen area with it's rustic fireplace, sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. From the living area facing the garden is the small bedroom with bunk beds. The hallway leads into the double bedroom and to the bathroom with toilet / shower. There is also a little grotto for storing beverages and food.

The apartment has modern facilities with condominium comfort: satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and WIFI Internet connection.

The vineyard homestead is distinguished by its particularly warm and sunny position, and can therefore be used year-round and has central heating. Firewood is charged at cost price. The stunning location of Casarina gives inspiration for walking, hiking or biking, even directly from the property. From the large balcony on the lake side of the building you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.

The general relaxation area with breathtaking lake view is beautifully decorated with Pool [7 x 3.5m], sun terrace with sun loungers, patio, barbecue and pizza oven. For our younger guests there is a gold fish pond, guinea pigs, dwarf rabbits and the chickens for them to enjoy.

A table tennis table and board games can be found in the tavern in the main building.
In our wine cellar cantina you can also sit together comfortably with a good glass of wine and enjoy the original ambience.
The local baker will bring fresh bread to the house in the morning.

Getting around without a car -  you can walk to Gravedona in about 15 - 20 mins. and enjoy the beautiful lakeside promenade with numerous shopping facilities, attractive restaurants, bars and cafes. From the harbour you can have boat trips to other places around the lake. By car you reach Gravedona in 3-4 minutes.

There are enough parking spaces available above the property. 

The vineyard farmstead Casarina is from 1724 and consists of four buildings with eight individual apartments, some partially renovated and some completely rebuilt in the original style. The property is located at about 200 m above the lake on a sunny terrace amid vineyards and former stone houses in Lombardian style. In the neighbourhood is a small waterfall. The special, quiet location with Riviera-like climate offers a fantastic panoramic view of the lake.

The former landowners have erected a Madonna-chapel in the grounds which is still preserved in its original condition.

Zur Lage des Hauses: Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon auf den See war fantastisch. Wer gerne einen Spaziergang macht konnte in ca. 20 Minuten nach Gravedona laufen. Ist aber nicht geeignet für Menschen die nicht gerne bergab/bergauf laufen. Für uns war das kein Problem im Gegenteil nach Pizza und Eis im Ort ein willkommener Verdauungsspaziergang. Die Zufahrt zum Haus war etwas eng und hat leider für einige Kratzer in unserem Auto gesorgt. Aber das war wirklich der einzige eventuelle Mangel. Ansonsten war das Casarina eine sehr gepflegte kleine Anlage mit nettem Pool und gutem Wein aus der Cantina. Direkt von der Unterkunft aus haben wir auch eine schöne Wanderung nach Livo bzw. Naro unternommen mit noch tollerem Seeblick von Naro aus. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Da der Weg durch viel Wald führt auch bei heißeren Temperaturen machbar. Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub und wirklich eine Alternative zum Gardasee.

Das eine "Kinderschlafzimmer im Haus Amarone ist sehr beengt und die Betten sind auch nur für Kinder geeignet. Wir sind 2 Erwachsene, die getrennt schlafen wollten und das ging nur mit Einschränkung. Das Bett im größeren Zimmer ist etwas durchgelegen. Sonst war der Aufenthalt wunderbar. Toller Seeblick, sehr guter Service und dann die frischen Eier und das Weinangebot,auch die liebevolle Ausstattung haben uns sehr gefallen. Viele Grüße Ulrike rentel

Das eine "Kinderschlafzimmer im Haus Amarone ist sehr beengt und die Betten sind auch nur für Kinder geeignet. Wir sind 2 Erwachsene, die getrennt schlafen wollten und das ging nur mit Einschränkung. Das Bett im größeren Zimmer ist etwas durchgelegen. Sonst war der Aufenthalt wunderbar. Toller Seeblick, sehr guter Service und dann die frischen Eier und das Weinangebot,auch die liebevolle Ausstattung haben uns sehr gefallen. Viele Grüße Ulrike rentel

 Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir möchten wieder Urlaub in dieser Art machen. Das nächste mal würden wir gerne ein Ferienhaus mieten, das alleine steht damit wir mehr Ruhe haben, die Bewohner über uns hat man in der Nacht sehr gut gehört.
