Villa Leonardo is located in the area of Macerata about 2 km from Mogliano. Access is via electric gates to ample parking. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden, hillside vineyards and olive groves. The swimming pool area has a furnished solarium and external shower. Indeed, privacy and peace, set amongst spectacular landscape, are the plus points of this property. Outside a big eating area with gazebo and barbecue. All rooms have generous light and space and this, combined with confortable furnishings and a high standard of fixtures and fittings, creates a warm welcome.
This residence has been designed for an easy access to wheelchair users. Two independent entrances and an inside stair characterize the two floors. You can find wheelchair lift by the stair at the first floor and all entries allow an easy access to wheelchairs. Bathrooms and shower rooms as well. They have been designed according the needs and facilities required by the wheelchair users.
