This typical farmhouse made from rustic stones has been converted into an elegant and welcoming holiday home, offering guests a completely peaceful and relaxing stay amongst the Apenine mountains of the Umbro-Marchigiano area. The property is  furnished in a period style with antique furniture and original tiled floors and the recently restored stone chimneys provide welcoming heat on the colder evenings, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere, that recalls the past and old country life style. 
Casa Maria Laura, is completely immersed in countryside, and varies between rolling fields, woods and hills as well as being rich in mushrooms and truffles. This area is perfect for people looking to get in tune with nature, relax and de-stress or participate in sporting activities such as trekking, mountain biking among others. The house is surrounded by around 80 hectares of land, of which the majority has been cultivated to produce a range of products throughtout all the seasons of the year. Just a few kilometres from the property you will find Apecchio, a beatuiful city that has many medieval ruins, a fossil museum, an ancient bridge and the lovely residence of the Count of Ubaldini, now the Council headquarters. In less than an hour by car, you can also reach the historic points of interest and famous beaches off the Adriatic such as Fano, Senigallia, Repubblica di San Marino, Castello di Gradara, Urbino, Gubbio, Città di Castello,Assisi e Loreto.
