The apartments of the “Borgo” are located in the heart of the village, behind the ancient Church of Santa Maria, where, inside, one can see the wooden statue representing Mother Mary and the Child ascribed to Jacopo della Quercia. Inside the Courtyard/Borgo there are common spaces, equipped with tables and chairs for relax.

At reservation time, 30% of the entire amount (as stipulated with the owner) must be paid by wire transfer or postal order.
At reservation time, the customer must specify exactly the arrival and departure day and the number of persons.
No extra charge is applied for kids under 2 years.
An extra charge of € 5,00 (price per day) is applied for kids between 2 and 5 years for stays longer than 3 nights.
An extra charge of € 12,00 (price per day) is applied for kids between 5 and 10 years for stays longer than 3 nights.
No pets are allowed inside rooms and apartments.
If reservation is cancelled, the amount paid will be left pending for another stay.
Rooms and apartments are available for customers from 4.00 p.m. of arrival day (except different agreement with the owner) and must be left free before 10,00 a.m. of departure day, or the customer must pay one more night.
Breakfast is served from 8,30 to 10,00 a.m. If the customer wants to have breakfast at a different time, he must ask the owner at least one day before.
Some rooms and apartments include a kitchen which can be freely used by customers. In this case, at departure time the kitchen must be in the same condition that it was at arrival.
Rooms and apartments are cleaned every 7 days for long stays, but it is possible to ask for the service daily at the price of €10,00.
Upon request customers may use the washing machine at the price of €10,00 each.
Please remember to respect other customers keeping silence between 10,00 p.m. and 9,00 a.m.
Wine and water are available at extra cost.
Special dinners can be prepared for groups of at least 6 customers, if decided at least one day before.
