The apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa in the idyllic village of Stresa on Lake Maggiore
The 70 m2 three roomed apartment LMA 576 has a separate front door and from here leads directly into the living area with dining table and sofa. The kitchen is simple and functional, it is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. The special feature of this apartment are the arcades, off from the living room, just a few steps away and exclusively reserved for this apartment. Here you can sit comfortably outside, and so if it were to rain you could still enjoy a breathtaking view over Lake Maggiore.
You can bring your small dogs (up to 2), however they should not be left unattended, to avoid problems with the dogs of owners who reside on a partitioned part of the plot.
