The apartment is located in a beautiful area in the center of the old vilage near Masino Visconti in an old villa with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore.
The historical villa was built around 1400 by the Visconti family as a stately residence adjacent to Castel. Thanks to its enviable location the climate is particularly favorable for the exotic flowers such as camellias, azaleas and rhododendrons that bloom beautifully here.
The vila has been completely renovated recently and is surrounded by a large garden, where there is an old magnolia and two large camellias. The Wisteria tree provides beautiful shade for the sun loungers situated at the pool side. The large communal pool is reserved for the guests. The pool is usually open from April to September.
The four-roomed apartment LMA 754 is located on two floors, on the first floor is the charming living room with TV and Hi-fi, the double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. The internal staircase leads to the attic with the kitchen and beautiful attic bedroom with two single beds.
