The apartment is located in a beautiful area in the center of the old village near Massino Visconti in an old villa with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore.
The historical villa was built around 1400 by the Visconti family as a stately residence adjacent to Castel. Thanks to its enviable position the climate is particularly favorable for the exotic flowers such as camellias, azaleas and rhododendrons that bloom beautifully here.
The villa has been completely renovated recently and is surrounded by a large garden, where there is an old magnolia and two large camellias. The Wisteria tree provides beautiful shade for the sun loungers, that wait at the pool for the guests. The large communal pool is reserved for guests. The pool is usually open from April to September.
The four-roomed apartment LMA 756 in on the lower garden floor has a large living room with fireplace and kitchen. The wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds with access to the patio terrace. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and WC.
