The Art Nouveau style villa located in the hamlet of Verbania Biganzolo consists of two newly renovated apartments, one the LMA 3779 described below or the LMA 3780, both of which are accessed via a staircase with marble steps. From every room, as well as the bathroom and terrace you are offered a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore.

The three-room apartment LMA 3780 (2nd floor) with beautiful views of the lake has a double bedroom and a living room with double sofa bed and a wardrobe and a chest of drawers (the two rooms are equipped with TV and internet).
