Villa Casa I Faraglioni 50

Villa I Faraglioni is a lovely summer house located in Scopello, just near “I Faraglioni” and the typical imposing rock that emerges from the depth of the crystalline sea. The sailors call it “La Vela” (The Sail). The house , has a private access to the sea. A short path leads to a rock platform (150m from the house). The structure is built on a single floor and it is accessed from a spacious and bright living room. The kitchen, coloured and bright, is equipped with all the necessary and overlooks the two verandas equipped with garden furniture. A short hallway leads to the sleeping area made up of four bedrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite shower, two twin bedrooms and one single. The second bathroom is with tub. The dependance ,with a queen size bed and a single bed, is located near the main structure. The dependance has a further bathroom with shower, accesible from an exterior door. The swimming pool is located in the middle of a luxuriant garden, characterized by  flowers and several Mediterranean plants
