Villa Patric is made up of three units : Patric 1 (three –room apartment), Patric 2 (two-room apartment) and Patric 3 (studio apartment). You can choose one of these accommodations according to your needs. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool, external shower, garden, barbeque and parking area. All these services are shared among the guests of the three units.

The house is about 1 km far from the city centre and 3 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare. The old village of Scopello with its famous Faraglioni is 10 km from the villa. The owners live in on the ground floor of the main structure and could assist you at any time, if you want. The apartment Patric 1  is accessed through an external staircase that leads to the second floor. The living room is a spacious and bright room. It is furnished with taste and equipped with several sofas that make your stay more comfortable.  Near the living room there is the kitchen built in a rustic style. The warm colors used and the presence of big windows make the room bright and welcoming. From the kitchen it is possible to access the outside veranda, a lovely place with a beautiful sea view where you can have breakfast or dinner enjoying the light breeze that reaches the house during the night. The sleeping area, made up of three bedrooms: one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; two twin bedrooms. A further bathroom with shower and tub is available.
