The former Rustico style Villetta was completely renovated a few years ago and is really very special. It is idyllically situated on a hillside near the castle of Rezzonico (13th century) and is only 30 meters from the picturesque cove with swimming beach, which is easily accessible directly via a private road from the house. In addition to the exceptional situation, you can enjoy the large and well-maintained park-like garden all to yourself.

From the shore road where you can park your car, you come to a 50 meter long footpath next to the castle arriving at the garden gate, go through the wrought iron gate and along on the 30-meter-long garden path to  Villetta Alessia.

The terrace allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.  You access the accommodation via the covered portico.  From the hall you arrive in the dining area with an open kitchen and a wooden ceiling.  From the lake side of the hall you enter the living area with breakfast bar, a lounge with rustic fireplace/oven and  a cozy corner, here you have direct access to the lake-facing terrace. The other side of the hallway is the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet / bidet.

From the living room via the wrought iron spiral staircase, you go to the upstairs hallway, from here you find the double bedroom with a romantic double bed and a single room, both with wonderful lake views. On the other side of the hallway you will find a bedroom with four beds and a big closet. There is also a smaller bathroom with a toilet / bidet and washbasin. All upstairs rooms have rustic wooden ceiling beams.

The house is decorated in country style with high quality terracotta tiles and is  approx 60 m2, bathroom with toilet and shower, bathroom with toilet, bidet, Central heating,  1 bedroom with double bed (140x200) and 1 single bed (90x200),  1 bedroom with 2 single beds ( 90X 200) Living Room, sofa with side table, Fireplace and cozy corner,  bar with separate refrigerator,  SAT-TV, Kitchen,  kitchen combination,  gas stove with 4 burners, fridge freezer,  dining table with 6 chairs. Outside, terrace with stunning views over Lake Como See, Portico patio sitting area with a large dining table.
