The country villa Palazzetta is situated in a sun-soaked location at the beginning of Domaso, a lovely seaside resort with a pretty old center. This dream holiday home is exclusively for you alone - located near the lake and quiet.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with a magnificent swimming pool (approx 12mx5.5m) and has plenty of space for sunbathing or relaxing. The fully fenced lovely garden offers a nice and cozy furnished gazebo.
Next to the house is the spacious, covered patio with a large dining table.
Both from the entrance as well as from the terrace you enter the large living area with beautiful roof beams and large picture windows overlooking the garden and pool. The open, well-equipped kitchen and dining area flows harmoniously into the living area.
The downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the double bedroom, twin bedroom and an alcove suitable for a child to sleep in and another bathroom.
The beach of Domaso is about 300m away and easily accessible via the footpath, which leads from the villa to the center of Domaso with its restaurants and cafes as well as the lake side and berthing dock for boats.
Your car can be parked on the driveway to the Villa.
