Holiday home Villa Max 2201
The 100 year old villa LMA 2201 is located in the quiet village of Pino, near the small village shop. Pino is car-free, due to the narrow streets so you can not approach the villa directly by car, but there is free parking in the village square which is about a 3 minute walk from the villa.
Originally, the villa was built for only one family, now upstairs has been coverted into two units with two kitchens and two bathrooms, these can only be rented together.
The villa was renovated extensively and is, despite its age, still in very good condition. The villa has sleeping accommodations for 8 to 9 people, suitable for one or two families or a group of friends.
On the ground floor in the newly designed granite kitchen you will find all the appliances are of the latest technology, great for kitchen fans! The large dining room which leads onto a spacious southwest terrace with awning invites you to dine and get-together. A staircase leads down to the garden where you can sunbathe and relax in the shade of a few fruit trees.
The villa has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be put together as well. On each floor there is a living room with one sofa bed that can be converted with the aid of a handle into a comfortable double bed. The upper living room has also another small sofa bed, suitable for a child. Over the entire width of the house upstairs runs a small balcony, which is oriented to the southeast. In almost every room of the villa is parquet floor, the lower kitchen has been fitted with a new stone floor, just in the hallway and one bedroom still have the original stone tiles. Moreover, in the holiday apartments there are some antique furniture which contribute to the charm of the property.
As the villa is in a mature Italian neighbourhood, especially at night, you should be cautious about making too much noise.
