The typical holiday villa from the early 20th Century, is situated on the outskirts of Tronzano within walking distance from the center, where you will also find a small but nice grocery store and a bar / restaurant. The villa has a total of 3 apartments that were renovated under the preservation law.

The four-roomed apartment LMA 2483 is on  the first floor and can be reached via a spiral staircase. It has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, on request, a cot can be added. The large kitchen has a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and a fireplace. The relatively small living room is equipped with two double sofas and a satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower, a bidet and a washing machine.

The large terrace, which is accessible from both the kitchen and out of the double bedroom, is where you can sip a glass of wine and enjoy the view of Lake Maggiore.  A parking space is also available for guests.

The villa has 3 apartments (four-roomed apartment LMA 2483 on the 1st floor for up to 4 persons / three-roomed apartment LMA 4682 on the 2nd floor for up to 5 persons / three-roomed attic apartment LMA 5325 on the 3rd floor for up to 4 people).
