Musso a small village on Lake Como is just south of Dongo on the north western bank. The tiny, winding center nestles on a protruding rock ledge into the lake.
On the slopes above are beautiful, quiet, residential areas in the countryside.A narrow mountain road leads up to the mountain pastures.Musso and Pianello Lario, thanks to a bypass tunnel, are the only towns on the lake with no through traffic. They present themselves pleasantly quiet and pristine, interspersed with lots of green in a partially rural environment. The new, pretty promenade (only for pedestrians] invites you to take a stroll between the two places.
Musso has some good restaurants and a small shopping center. For bulk purchases Gravedona or Dongo are only 4 km away. The village of Musso is also an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking.
